Public Service Commission of Yazoo City (PSCYC) proudly participated in the Junior Auxiliary of Yazoo City’s annual Touch-A-Truck event this past weekend, joining community members for a day of family-friendly fun and engagement.
Held at the Yazoo City Complex, the event provided children and families with the opportunity to explore a variety of vehicles and equipment up close, including those used daily by PSCYC crews. Team members were on hand to interact with attendees, answer questions, and showcase the important work they do to serve the community.
PSCYC’s participation reflects its continued commitment to community involvement and education. Events like Touch-A-Truck allow residents, especially younger generations to gain a better understanding of public utilities and the role they play in everyday life.
PSCYC expresses appreciation to the Junior Auxiliary of Yazoo City for hosting another successful event and creating a space for organizations to connect with the community in a meaningful way.
