Beware of scam calls to customers about being services being terminated for any reason, including non-pay/late pay. There are reports of threatening calls to PSC customers. PSC will not threaten or demand immediate payment via phone. Payments should only be made via mail, drive-through, official phone app in your Appstore, through the automated IVR call in system, night drop box, or the new customer portal. Do not mail cash or place cash into the drop box. Always include your account number.
